Refunds
Credit and result review policy.
Paid search shows the quoted cost before debit. If a result is wrong or a package fails, request review with the saved receipt ID.
Receipt Review
Use the review button or email the saved result ID for investigation.
Repair First
If an Ionizer package cannot be downloaded or run, report the package ID and platform so it can be repaired.
Case by Case
Credit adjustments are handled case by case based on account ledger, payment receipt, and saved result receipt.
Limited Recovery
If the browser account key is lost, recovery may be limited unless a payment or account receipt can be matched.
